The IIHF World Junior Championship is coming back to Edmonton this summer, and tickets are on sale – packages for the tournament, which begins Aug. 9, start at just $295.
A : The 2022 World Juniors will take place at Rogers Place in Edmonton from Aug. 9 to 20.
A : Ten countries will play a total of 31 games (excluding pre-tournament games).
A The official 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship schedule will be announced in June, 2022.
A : Single game tickets for the 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship will be available in June. Sign-up to become a Hockey Canada Insider and receive information on future 2022 World Juniors tickets.
A : Tickets will be issued out for all package holders approximately one month out from the event start date. Tickets will be uploaded into your Rogers Place Account Manager for all package and single game ticket holders.
A : Make sure to follow @HockeyCanada on social media for exclusive pre- and post-game coverage of all Team Canada games.
A : The Russian Hockey Federation has been banned by the IIHF from competing in the 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship. Latvia will replace Russia in the upcoming tournament.
A : Full vaccination from COVID-19 will not be mandatory to attend the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship. Negative tests will be accepted.
