Curtis Hamilton and Quinton Howden scored first period goals to kick start the offence as Canada advanced
to a 10th consecutive World Junior gold medal game. It’ll face Russia on Wednesday in a rematch of the
Boxing Day opener.

to his tournament-leading point total as Canada set up a much-anticipated semifinal showdown with the U.S.
