TOP REGULAR SEASON TEAM – TORONTO YOUNG NATIONALS
The key run for the Toronto Young Nationals came early in the Greater Toronto Hockey League season – the Young Nationals opened the season on a 6-0-3 run and lost just one of their first 15 games, opening up a lead atop the GTHL standings they would not relinquish. They were also helped by a 4-1-1 record against the Toronto Titans and North York Rangers, the teams closest to them in the standings, and the lone loss came on the final day of the season, with first place wrapped up. Toronto finished the regular season tied with North York for the goal scoring lead, with 113, and had the top defence in the league, allowing just 67 goals in 33 games.
