PRINCE GEORGE - The Men’s World Hockey Championship is coming to Canada and now a couple of lucky fans in
Prince George are going to watch the Gold Medal Game live. The 2007 RBC Royal Bank Cup has kicked off the
“Welcome the Nation – Watch the World Contest” that has as its Grand Prize, a trip for two to the 2008 World Men's Hockey Championship In Quebec City in
May of 2008 courtesy of Hockey Canada.
The contest begins this weekend and there will be weekly prizes as well. The contest closes December 31st.
It’s all part of an effort to promote advance tournament sales for the 2007 RBC Royal Bank Cup, which will be
held next May at CN Centre. Besides being a great Christmas present, anyone purchasing an advance tournament

Advanced early bird ticket packages are only $160 and include a ticket for each of the 13 games including
the Championship final that will be played on May 13th and broadcast across the country on TSN. The early
bird discount price is only available until January 1st. (A $45 savings)

614-9100. A limited number of VIP packages for the ultimate hockey fan are also available. These exclusive
packages include tickets to every game as well as a ticket to the national awards banquet, reserved parking
