Location: Tim Hortons Community Rink – CAA Centre (Brampton, Ont.)
Details: On Easter Monday, Hockey Canada will host four ‘Try’ events to engage new fans, new players and new Canadians. Registration is free for anyone under 16 years of age, with a maximum of 30 participants.

Details: As part of the IIHF Women's World Championship, Esso and Hockey Canada have teamed up to host two Esso Fun Days. These on-ice skill sessions are targeted to U9 and U11 girls who are new to the game of hockey, and both sessions will be followed by a pizza party! Registration is free, with a maximum of 25 participants per session.

Hockey Canada will be offering six clinics for OWHA coaches as part of its Women’s Worlds programming – Coach 1, Coach 2, Instructional Stream – Skating, Instructional Stream – Shooting & Scoring, Instructional Stream – Developing Defence, Instructional Stream – Small-Area Games. Each clinic will feature two hours in the classroom and one hour on the ice. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Clinics are free, with a maximum of 30 participants.

Details: The Tim Hortons Community Rink will be open to the public for community free skates on six days during the IIHF Women’s World Championship. The skates will include music, refreshments and energy surrounding the Women’s World Championship event! Skates and helmets (which are required for all participants) will be provided for those who do not have access to equipment. No registration is required; first come, first served until capacity reached.
