IIHF World Championship
Five gold medallists from 2016 are back, including two – Duchene and O’Reilly – chasing gold No. 3.
Jon Cooper will be head coach, alongside assistants Gerard Gallant, Dave Hakstol and Dave King.
Ron Hextall will lead Team Canada, working alongside Sean Burke, Larry Carriere and Scott Salmond.
Olivier Gouin, Brett Iverson and Nathan Vanoosten will wear stripes at the IIHF World Championship.
Selection camp is finished, and Canada’s National Junior Team is set for Toronto and Montreal.
The Canadians blanked Finland 2-0 to go back-to-back at the 2016 IIHF World Championship in Russia.
