With the McDonald’s Fan Zone now open in Montreal on Avenue-des-Canadiens and inside Windsor Station, hockey fans have been flocking – free of charge – to the interactive activities taking place daily.

Hockey Canada sponsors have done their part to make the McDonald’s Fan Zone the place to be if fans can’t be inside the Bell Centre, from giveaways to games and contests.

So what exactly is there to do?

McDonald’s
The title sponsor of the Fan Zone, McDonald’s has its McCafé trailer on site providing free McCafé coffee, and McDonald’s staff will be surprising fans throughout the Fan Zone with gifts and prizes.

Canadian Tire
Canadian Tire is featuring a fun and engaging hockey activation that allows fans to take their best shots at a 3D interactive goaltender. Fans will also have the opportunity to make an on-site donation to “The Big Play” – a joint initiative between Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and the Hockey Canada Foundation that will help 10,000 kids a year for three years get into the game.

Chevrolet
In addition to being able to check out the all-new 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, fans will get to try their luck at the Chevrolet Driveway Challenge in hopes of winning some great hockey prizing, including tickets to World Juniors games, and national team jerseys.

Hankook Tire
Visit the Hankook Tire booth and spin to win amazing prizes. Fans are encouraged to share their prizes and experience by posting a picture on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook using #HANKOOKTIRE for a chance at winning other various prizes.

Molson Canadian
Show your support for Team Canada! Check out the Molson Canadian Hockey House with fellow Team Canada supporters; watch the action on the big screens and be a part of the excitement. NOTE: Must be 18 or older.

RBC
RBC is calling all Avioners! Fans can to visit the RBC Avion booth at the McDonald’s Fan Zone, show their RBC Avion card and score a gift to help cheer on Team Canada. It’s as simple as that!

TELUS
Join the TELUS team at the TELUS #AllHeartCanada Zone, featuring a unique heart art installation that reacts when you use #AllHeartCanada or #TousEncoeurCanada on social media, or when Team Canada wins. Fans who post a photo to Instagram with either one of those hashtags will see it displayed on the digital boards and will receive a keepsake printed photo of it as well. During the Canada vs. United States game on Dec. 31, special offer cards will be distributed for an official 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship/TELUS toque redeemable at a local TELUS store, while supplies last.

The McDonald’s Fan Zone only runs until Dec. 31 before it moves to Toronto for the medal round.
