Canada's National Women's Team Will Return to Canada, Via Toronto, on Sunday, April 10

LINKOPING, SWEDEN – Canada’s National Women’s Team will be arriving in Toronto, ON Sunday, April 10 at Pearson International Airport at 3:30pm (ET) on Lufthansa Flight 470.  Team Canada will be returning to Canada from the 2005 IIHF World Women’s Hockey Championship.  Canada is playing in the gold medal game on Saturday, April 9th at 2pm ET / 11am PT, which will be broadcast LIVE on TSN and RDS.

Please note: All flights listed are subject to change time/date, and subject to flight delays and last minute changes. There will be no ‘formal’ press conferences at any of the arrival airports, but players and staff will be available to media.

Team Canada’s Flight Itinerary:

Team Canada players and staff (with the exception of Wickenheiser, Labonte and Ouellette who are staying in Europe) will all be returning to Canada on Sunday, April 10th at 3:30pm ET (Lufthansa #470).

The following players will be staying in Toronto after arriving on April 10th at 3:30pm ET:
