CALGARY, AB – Hockey Canada was informed on Monday evening by the Montreal Police Department that Sidney Crosby’s red gold medal game-worn jersey has apparently been located in the province of Quebec, and is currently in the possession of the Montreal Police Department.

An investigation by the Montreal Police Department is continuing, therefore no other details can or will be announced at this time.

Hockey Canada can not confirm 100% that this is ‘the’ missing Sidney Crosby jersey, until the jersey is received by Hockey Canada and inspected to confirm its authenticity.
