Hockey Canada and the 2006 World Junior Hockey Championship Organizing Committee have begun a process to identify vendors to retail merchandise at various event locations.  The event offers many opportunities for the sale of licensed product and hopes to grow on the $1 million dollars in merchandise sold at the World Juniors in Nova Scotia in December 2002/January 2003.

Interested bona fide vendors should contact Dale Ptycia, Hockey Canada Manager of Merchandising and Licensing at (613)562-5677 x.2307 or dptycia@hockeycanada.ca to inquire about the opportunity and to receive a copy of the request for proposal.  Deadline for the submission of proposals is Friday .
