2005 National U18 Club Championship

The Saskatoon Midget AAA Contacts have been in existence for 28 years and have achieved a number of accomplishments through-out the teams existence.

The Saskatoon Contacts have won three ( 3 ) Provincial Titles, represented the region in 4 Regional Midget AAA Tournaments ( hosting one (1) Regional Tournament ) and appeared in three ( 3 ) Air Canada Cup winning one Bronze Medal during the 1999 / 2000 in Montreal.

This year’s edition of the Saskatoon Contacts enjoyed a season high-lights that included the following:

2004 Mac’s Invitational Midget AAA Hockey Tournament in Calgary, Alberta

2004 – 2005 SMAAAHL League Champions with a season record of 38 wins 3 losses 2 ties and 1 overtime loss.

2004 – 2005 SMAAAHL Provincial Champions with a record of 9 wins and 3 loss during play-offs.

2005 AAA Midget Western Champions with a record of 4 wins and 1 overtime loss.  

This years team is suitably lead by their team Captain Cody Danburg, Assistance Captains - Brady Wacker, Ryan Adams, Scott Brownlee and the league scoring Champion Kyle Bortis.

The team’s motto has always been“ Creating Citizens and Hockey Players of Tomorrow ”which this year’s current team provides full testament to the motto.
