Amanda Leveille made 22 saves for her second shutout of the tournament as Ontario Red won gold for the seventh consecutive time by blanking Quebec. Jaimie McDonell, Victoria Pittens and Laura Stacey scored the goals for Ontario Red, which is 35-1 all time at the U18 Nationals.

MANITOBA 3 – ATLANTIC 1
BRONZE | SUN. NOV. 6 

Danielle Krzyszczyk scored the game-winner late in the second period as Manitoba took home the U18 bronze medal for the third time in the last four tournaments. Danielle Leslie and Ashleigh Brykaliuk also scored for the Manitobans, who outshot Team Atlantic 38-11.

 

MANITOBA 1 - QUEBEC 6
SEMIFINAL | SAT. NOV. 5

Ann-Renée Desbiens made 47 saves and Catherine Dubois scored twice as Quebec advanced to the gold medal game for the sixth time in seven tries despite being outshot 48-34. Mélodie Bouchard, Camille Pauck-Therrien, Alexandra Labelle and Vickie Lemire also scored in the win.

 

ATLANTIC 1 - ONTARIO RED 5
SEMIFINAL | SAT. NOV. 5

Jaimie McDonell scored a hat trick and the Ontarians held Atlantic to just 11 shots on goal, advancing to the gold medal game for the seventh consecutive tournament, in search of its seventh national title. Hilary Lloyd and Rebecca Kohler also scored.
