Team Saskatchewan finished their 2003 Esso Women's National Hockey Championship with a 5-2 win over Team Nova Scotia. Saskatchewan captain Julie Foster netted two goals and Lenita Hanson was solid between the pipes, making 15 saves for the win. Kerrie Boyle had both Nova Scotia goals.
