The players will be joined at the celebrations by members of all three team staffs including head coaches Mike Babcock, Melody Davidson and Dan Church, along with Men’s Olympic Team general manager Steve Yzerman.

“The response that we have received from the players for this event has been incredible,” said Hockey Canada president and CEO Bob Nicholson. “A large number of players have already confirmed their attendance, while some players are still trying to rearrange their schedules to attend. We expect that most of the players from all three teams will be part of this historic celebration in Edmonton on June 28.”

Tickets for the June 28 public event at Commonwealth Stadium, Canada Celebrates, are available for only $10 each (plus applicable fees and taxes), based on open seating at Commonwealth Stadium, at Ticketmaster.ca, via phone at 780-451-8000 and at all Ticketmaster outlets. This event will not only celebrate Canada’s three Olympic and world champion teams from the past season, but also pay tribute to the members of Canada’s military and their families.
