Quebec, Wednesday, April 16, 2008 --- The 2008 IIHF World Championship organizing committee, through is
Co-General Manager, Mr. Louis Painchaud, announced today that single tickets for the last six games of the
final round of the 2008 IIHF World Championship to be held in Quebec City from May 2 to May 18, 2008,
will go on sale as of tomorrow morning, April 17, at 10:00 a.m. at the Colisée Pepsi box office and
on the Billetech network.
Here are the tickets prices for the quarter final, semi-final and final games:

Please note that due to the popularity of the six-game ticket packages, the number of single-game
tickets in the boxes and mezzanines is limited.
30-GAME PACKAGES
30-Game packages are still available at the gallery level for $400, at the mezzanine level for $800 and in
the boxes for $1,200.

SIX-GAME PACKAGES – FINAL ROUND – MAY 14-18
For those who wish to attend the final round of the tournament (two quarter final games, two semi-finals,
bronze medal final and gold medal final), it is still possible to purchase packages at $745 in the boxes,
$570 at the mezzanine level and $335 at the gallery level.

2008 IIHF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The IIHF World Championship gathers the top 16 hockey countries playing 56 exciting games leading to the
crowning of a World Champion and in May 2008, the 72nd IIHF World Championship will come to Canada for the
first time ever as it will be co-hosted by Quebec City and Halifax from May 2nd to May 18th.
Quebec City will host Sweden, Russia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belarus, Denmark, France and Italy while
Halifax will host Canada, USA, Finland, Slovakia, Germany, Latvia, Norway and Slovenia.
