ROSTER SET FOR CANADA/USA MATCH-UP TONIGHT

Head Coach Pat Quinn announced to the media after Tuesday's morning skate in Montreal that Patrick Marleau, Kirk Maltby, Kris Draper, Jay Bowmeester, Scott Hannan and Jose Theodore will not be in uniform tonight when they face the United States for its first round-robin game in the World Cup of Hockey tournament.

World Cup of Hockey rules state that each team can only dress 20 players for each game of the tournament, and Canada has 26 players on its roster.  Quinn and the coaching and management staff said that the roster is not set in stone and adjustments to Canada's roster will most likely be made throughout the event.

Canada will begin its persuit for the World Cup of Hockey championship tonight in Montreal as Canada takes on USA at 7pm ET / 4pm PT (CBC/SRC)
