TIM BRENT OUT OF ACTION DUE TO SHOULDER INJURY AT NATIONAL JUNIOR TEAM CAMP; ERIC FEHR ADDED TO DEVELOPMENT CAMP ROSTER

CALGARY, ALBERTA - Forward Tim Brent, of the OHLís Toronto St. Michaelís Majors, re-aggravated a minor shoulder injury at the National Junior Team Development Camp on Saturday and will be out of action indefinitely, Hockey Canada announced on Sunday. In his place, forward Eric Fehr of the WHLís Brandon Wheat Kings has been added to the Camp roster.

Fehr, 18, was a first round pick of the NHLís Washington Capitals, 18th overall, in June, 2004. The native of Winkler, MB attended the 2002 National Under-18 Team Development and Selection Camp in August 2002. Fehr scored 26 goals and added 29 assists in 2002-03. He will be arriving in camp Sunday evening.

All practices and intersquad games at the August Camp in Calgary are open to the public, free of charge. The first Red/White game takes place on Tuesday, August 12th at 5 pm (Mountain Time) at the Father David Bauer Olympic Arena.

The 2004 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship will be held in Helsinki and Hameenlinna, Finland from December 26, 2003 through January 5, 2004.
