L'équipe de la République tchèque et l'équipe de la Slovaquie disputeront tous les matchs à leur aréna local. Si les deux équipes devaient s'affronter en demi-finale, l'équipe locale sera celle ayant obtenu le meilleur classement après la première ronde.
