The 2009 TELUS Cup host committee, Hockey Manitoba and the Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association are hosting the TELUS Cup golf tournament, presented by Jefferson & Associates Realty Ltd., on Friday, at the Selkirk Golf & Country Club.

Hockey celebrities such as St. Andrews’ own Stanley Cup champion Darren Helm (Detroit Red Wings), Winnipeg natives Travis Zajac (New Jersey Devils) and Ryan Galloway (NHL official) and Winnipeg Jets alumni will be in attendance and each golfer will have a chance to win $20,000 in cash at the hole-in-one contest!

In addition, entry into the tournament includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch and dinner, a special first tee gift, a VIP card (which includes entry into all on-course contests, two free beverages and a mulligan) and many great prizes! A silent auction with some great hockey memorabilia is also planned.

Register now because spots in the tournament are limited. Please support the 2009 TELUS Cup, Canada’s National Midget Championship, scheduled for April 20-26, 2009 in Selkirk, MB
