Spring | Summer | Winter

Hockey Canada’s Skills Development Camps were developed to provide players with an opportunity to enhance their fundamental skills in a positive, learning environment. The primary focus of these camps is centered on on-ice fundamental skills, with time scheduled for life skill enhancement in areas such as respect, fitness and teamwork

Important Note: Participants who register over the internet, and indicate that they are paying by cheque or money order, are automatically put on the waiting list until payment has been confirmed by the appropriate Regional Centre. Please send cheques to the appropriate Regional Centre.

Spring Camps

Hockey Canada will once again be offering as Spring Development Program for those players in the Calgary and surrounding areas. In previous years, we have offered strictly skill development session with the goal of improving and teaching the core skills of skating, puck control, passing and shooting. For the 2014 spring season, we are changing our program based on your feedback and requests for a game component. Keeping in line with the Long Term Player Development model, we have designed a program that incorporates the key components of the LTPD model of overall athleticism.

Our programming goal from a cost perspective is always to provide the best programs at the most affordable cost. Currently we are in discussion with our corporate partners to asses costs for our Spring model.
