Q: I can’t go to all 12 games, what other ticket options will I have?
A: The 12‐game ticket packages are your best value in attending the world championship. It gives you access to the best seats, best pricing (savings of over $100), and a free souvenir program.

Q: What can I do with any unused tickets?
A: If you are unable to use your tickets for a particular game, you can donate them to our Tickets for Kids program. You will be helping to give the youth of our city a chance to experience the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of attending a 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship game.

Q: When can I get tickets to the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World
A: Tickets are available online now or by calling 613‐599‐FANS (3267). Twelve‐game ticket packages are on sale now, and include all Team Canada games, playoff round and medal round games at SBP Arena, home of the Ottawa Senators. Q: When will my tickets be delivered to me?
A: All full‐event package holders who purchase their 12‐game packages prior to Dec. 1, 2012 will receive a commemorative souvenir ticket package in February 2013. All other package and group ticket purchasers will receive their packages by the end of February 2013.

Q: How can I volunteer for the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship?
A: For more information on volunteering, go to our website at www.hockeycanada.ca/2013volunteer. Volunteer applicants must follow the registration process and will have to complete a record check. Not everyone who registers to volunteer will be accepted since a large number of applications are expected.

A: Teams participating in the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship include defending gold medallist Canada, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.
Getting to the Game
As thousands descend on Ottawa for the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship, fans are encouraged to use public transportation and to carpool throughout the duration of the tournament.
OC Transpo will be operating event-level service to SBP Arena and regular routes to Nepean Sportsplex. For up-to-date schedule, route and fare information, visit octranspo.com.
Week‐long and multi‐day parking passes will be available and first priority given to world championship ticket package buyers, starting in January 2013.
If you are planning on driving to games at SBP Arena, be sure to purchase your parking day passes now and save up to 30% off the single-game prices at the gate. To order, CLICK HERE until March 1, 2013, to ensure delivery prior to the championship.
Please familiarize yourself with the site maps on the following pages. Specified lots at SBP Arena will be reserved for fans attending only one game (Lots 4 and 5) on a particular day, while others will be reserved for those attending both games (Lots 6, 7 and 9). Nepean Sportsplex parking is free and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q: What time do doors open at SBP Arena?
A: Doors for all games at both venues will open one hour before the scheduled start time.
Q: I have tickets for both games in a doubleheader and I plan on attending both games. Will
I be able to stay inside the arena between games?
A; Yes, you will be able to stay inside the arena (SBP Arena or NSP). Upon arrival for the first game you will be required to present your tickets to both games. Both tickets will be scanned, as well, the ticket for the second game and your hand will be stamped. This will ensure that you able to remain inside the arena between games.
Q: What type of food and beverage options are there at SBP Arena and the NSP?

Q: Where can I get official 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship merchandise?
A: Official 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship and Team Canada merchandise will be available at multiple on-site locations at SBP Arena and the NSP.
Q: Can I bring flags, banners or noisemakers to the games?
A: Guests are permitted to bring banners into the arenas, providing they don’t carry any disparaging or obscene messages, interfere with the game or other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Signs greater than 24" x 24" in size must be rolled up or folded upon entry into the building. Poles in excess of 36” used to display banners or flags are not permitted. For the comfort and safety of all patrons, laser pointers, air horns and other noisemakers are not permitted inside either venue.
Q: Am I allowed to bring my camera?
A: Recording devices, including audio or video (such as recorder or a digital camera with video component) are not permitted in either venue. However, guests are permitted to bring small still cameras without a camera bag to SBP Arena or the NSP.
Q: What do I do if my tickets have been lost or stolen?
A: Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 613-599-FANS (toll-free 1 877-788-3267) or email@example.com. All tickets that are lost, destroyed or inaccessible are subject to a $10 per ticket replacement charge. In the event this occurs, a replacement ticket will be provided that overrides any other ticket for those seat(s). In the case of stolen tickets, a police report must be filed with your local police department. This report must be presented to the ticket office. There is no service charge or replacement fee for stolen tickets.
