TOP REGULAR SEASON TEAM – MID ISLE WILDCATS The Mid Isle Wildcats ran away from the field early in the PEIFMAAAHL season, rolling through the first half of their schedule without a loss, posting 12 consecutive wins to give them a lead they would never relinquish. The Wildcats were led by a high-powered offence that racked up 106 goals in 24 games – 36 more than any other team (although the defence wasn’t too bad, allowing a league-low 37 goals). Mid Isle hit the five-goal mark in nine games, and gave up one or less on 12 occasions.
