Just days before the opening of the 2009 World Junior A Challenge, both Canadian teams have announced changes to their 22-player rosters:

CANADA EAST

IN:

Sebastien Gingras – Defence (Brockville Braves, CJHL)

Nick Huard – Forward (Woodstock Slammers, MJAHL)

Julian Melchiori – Defence (Newmarket Hurricanes, CCHL)

OUT:

Sacha Guimond – Defence (North Bay Trappers, NOJHL)

Sean Hoyt – Forward (Pictou Crushers, MJAHL)

Tyson Wilson – Defence (Brockville Braves, CJHL)

CANADA WEST

IN:

Ben Gallacher – Defence (Camrose Kodiaks, AJHL)
