Hockey Canada’s licensing program experienced a highly successful 2013-14 season, culminating with the 2014 Olympic Winter Games. The 2014 Olympic jersey was the focal product of the season, and was complemented by 13 licensing partners creating a broad array of officially licensed Team Canada products for Canadian fans that were offered throughout the retail landscape in a variety of channels. Hockey Canada was privileged to partner with more than 45 licensees for the 2013-14 hockey season, based in Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States, who supported the retail trade with high quality items across 14 product categories – apparel, collectibles, cresting, electronics and accessories, equipment, eyewear, footwear, headwear, household products, luggage, media, novelties, timepieces and jewelry, and toys and games.
