Q: Where and when is Team Canada playing?
A:  Team Canada will play its four preliminary-round games in Toronto. Montreal will host two quarter-finals, two semifinals, relegation-round games, the bronze medal game and gold medal game.

Q: Where and when is the gold medal game?
A: The gold medal game will be played in Montreal on Jan. 5, 2017.

Q: Where do I purchase event packages? 
A: A: Online at HockeyCanada.ca/Tickets; The Bell Centre Box Office; or by contacting Mathieu Gélinas, ([email protected] / 1-514-925-7772)

Q: What is included in a full event package?
A: In Toronto, you will receive one seat for all 13 games, and in Montreal, you will receive one seat for all 19 games.

Q: Where are the games being played?
A: All games in Toronto are played at Air Canada Centre, home of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs, and all games in Montreal are played at the Bell Centre, home of the NHL’s Montreal Canadiens.

Q: What are the dates of the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A: 
The tournament will run from Dec. 26, 2016 to Jan. 5, 2017. Montreal will also host a pre-competition game at the Bell Centre on Dec. 19, 2016.

Q: What games will be played in each respective city venue?
A: 
Toronto will host one Team Canada pre-tournament game, 10 preliminary-round games, and two quarter-finals. Team Canada will play its four preliminary-round games in Toronto. Montreal will host one Team Canada pre-tournament game, 10 preliminary-round games, two quarter-finals, two semifinals, relegation-round games, the bronze medal game and gold medal game.

Q: Will single-game tickets be available?
A: Single tickets are now available here.

Q: Are full-event packages available at all price points and seat locations? 
A: Full-event packages are only available in lower bowl and first balcony locations at the Bell Centre.

Q: Will I need to setup an account to purchase tickets?
A: Yes. Please be prepared to set up a Ticketmaster account in order to purchase tickets for Toronto. An account needs to be set-up in Montreal when purchasing full-event packages and mini-packs.

Q: What format will my event ticket be?
A: All tickets will be e-tickets. Package holders will be able to print their tickets at home using their online account manager. There will not be any hardcopy tickets available for the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship.

Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: You will receive your tickets by e-mail.

Q: Can I share or transfer my event package?
A: Yes. E-tickets can be shared by package holders with family, friends, teammates, or work colleagues. Packages are great opportunities to share.

Q: Are there limits on how many event packages I can buy?  
A: There is a limit of eight event packages per account.

Q: Can I purchase group tickets?
A: If you would like to purchase group tickets, please contact Mathieu Gélinas, ([email protected] / 1-514-925-7772), for more information about pricing and availability.

Q: May I exchange my tickets if better seats become available later?
A: No, all ticket sales are final; there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Q: Can I request a refund at a later date?
A: 
No, all 2017 purchases are non-refundable.

Q: What if I can’t make all games within my package?
A:
 A variety of options are made available for IIHF World Junior Championship customers to use all tickets, including a ticket donation program, and the ability to electronically forward tickets from the account manager to friends and family. Ensuring there are great crowds for all games is a priority for the host organizing committee.

Q: Will the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship be offering an official re-sale platform for package holders who would like to re-sell tickets that they are unable to use? 
A: At this time the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship will not be offering this service.

Q: What teams will compete at the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A:
Group A - Montreal: Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland; Group B - Toronto: Canada, Latvia, Russia, Slovakia, United States.

Q: How can I volunteer for the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship?
A:  Volunteer registration ended in May 2016.
