How do I sell my tickets on the official secondary ticket market?
You can sell your ticket by logging on to your WJC account manager here and clicking ‘Ticket Exchange’

How do I buy tickets on the official secondary ticket market?
You can buy tickets by logging on to the WJC Ticket Exchange here.

How do I log onto my account manager?
You can log on to account manager with either your email address or your account number (which can be found on your invoice).

When can I post my tickets for resale?
You will be able to post your tickets starting on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014.

How do I receive payment when my tickets are sold?
You will receive 90% of the price that the ticket is sold for. This will automatically be added to your account in the form of a re-sale credit. You will be refunded the full amount on account credit via cheque 6-8 weeks after the tournament ends.

What happens if my ticket does not sell?
All tickets posted for re-sale will expire three hours before the game. If you tickets have not been purchased by then, they will be returned to your account for use.

What if I sell multiple games out of my 2015 IIHF WJC Ticket package?
The total value of all of your tickets sold will be automatically added to your account in the form of a re-sale credit. You will be refunded the the full amount on account credit via cheque 6-8 weeks after the tournament ends.

Can I sell my deposit to the 2017 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship?
Unfortunately not, 2017 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I sell the third relegation game?
The third relegation game is scheduled to be played at 11 AM on January 5th, 2015. However, this game will only be played if needed. Package holders will get the game free of charge if it is to be played, but it is not eligible to be re-sold.

When can I expect to receive my payment from tickets sold?
Payment for tickets sold will be credited to your account at the time of the sale. You will be refunded the full amount on account credit via cheque 6-8 weeks after the tournament ends.

Can I have my ticket sales revenue credited to my credit card?
Unfortunately not. All ticket resale credits will be refunded in the form of a cheque.

What is the minimum value that I can sell my tickets for?
The minimum value a ticket can be sold for is $10 per ticket on the Secondary Ticket Market.

What is the maximum value that I can sell my tickets for?
The maximum value a ticket can be sold for is single ticket price (face value printed on your ticket), which varies by game tier and location and can be found on your ticket.

How do I donate my tickets to charity?
Tickets can be donated to our partner charity Kids Up Front up until Thursday, Dec. 18th at 4:00pm by emailing the tickets to [email protected]  or dropping them off in person to the mail room at Corus Quay, 25 Dockside Drive – Toronto, ON.

What do Kids Up Front do with the tickets?

What do I do if I want to donate my tickets after Dec. 19th?
Email your tickets to [email protected] and they will be donated to minor hockey programs across Toronto. Tickets donated after Dec. 19th are not eligible for an income tax receipt.

Do I receive a tax receipt for my ticket donation?
Only those tickets that are donated to Kids Up Front by Dec. 18th are eligible for a tax receipt. In order to receive a tax receipt donated tickets must have a minimum value of $25 each.  Any donors who would like to receive a tax receipt must include a copy of their ticket receipt as well as their name and a complete mailing address and email by Dec. 31, 2014 in order to be eligible for a receipt.
